Leica 75mm F1.4 Summilux Leica 75mm Summilux M Current Version The optical configuration of the Summilux 75mm F1.4 has not changed since its inception in 1980.  The bodies mechanical design changed in 1982 to the current version seen pictured above.  The current design is quite a bit heavier than the previous version, but can has a built in hood and better close focus capability.  It is a heafty piece of glass and a Beautiful lens to look at as well as shoot with.
